Welcome to MyDreamDestiny Tour and Travels! By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

• To confirm a booking, customers must pay a deposit, which is non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Full payment must be completed by the specified due date.
• Payments can be made through our designated methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Failure to complete payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

2. Pricing

• Prices are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, and other external factors. We will inform you of any changes before finalizing your booking.
• The price includes only those services and items explicitly listed in the booking confirmation. Additional costs, such as visas, taxes, and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the traveler.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• If a customer wishes to cancel a booking, they must notify us in writing. Refunds are issued according to the following schedule:
  • 30+ days before departure: 75% refund
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• MyDreamDestiny reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or may reschedule the tour.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Any changes requested by the customer, such as dates or itineraries, must be submitted in writing. Approval of changes is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, hotels, or other services due to weather, political events, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

5. Travel Insurance

• We highly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellations, health, accidents, and personal belongings. MyDreamDestiny is not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur during the trip.

6. Liability

• MyDreamDestiny Tour and Travels is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, illness, or death during the tour.
• We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or missed connections caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or political situations.

7. Code of Conduct

• Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward other travelers, local communities, and MyDreamDestiny staff. We reserve the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is deemed harmful to the group or disruptive to the tour.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Any personal information provided to MyDreamDestiny will be used solely for the purpose of booking and managing your travel. We adhere to privacy laws and will not share your information without your consent.

9. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking with MyDreamDestiny Tour and Travels, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
